Sources and limits

Listings can come from public sources, business-owner submissions and corrections. Many imported entries have not been independently checked by Naatil. A listed business is not endorsed by the platform. Missing information means we do not have that detail; it should not be read as a negative claim about the business.

An imported record or an owner edit is not an editorial check. A checked date, when shown, should describe the details actually checked. It does not guarantee that opening hours, prices, ownership or availability have remained unchanged. Confirm important details with the business or relevant authority.

Business claims and phone confirmation

Where automatic claiming is available, an owner confirms access to the phone number on the listing using a one-time code. A phone claim confirms control of that contact number. It does not establish professional qualifications, licensing, quality, safety or that all listing details have been independently checked.

An independent editorial check is a separate step and must have a recorded source and scope. Businesses cannot buy editorial verification.

Customer reviews and ratings

Naatil customer reviews describe a reviewer’s own experience. New submissions are held for moderation before publication. We reject spam, impersonation, irrelevant content, abusive material and attempts to manipulate ratings. Owners can respond to published reviews.

Naatil ratings are calculated from customer reviews published on this platform. An imported third-party rating is not a Naatil review and is not counted in this score. A listing with no published Naatil reviews has no Naatil rating.

A published review is an individual’s account, not an independent inspection by Naatil. Report a disputed review with the business link and the specific issue through our contact form. Do not submit private financial, medical or identity documents.

Corrections and removal requests

1. Use “Report incorrect information” on a listing, or send the listing link through the contact form.
2. Identify the incorrect field and the proposed correction. Include a business website, authority link or other supporting information where available.
3. After the request is saved, keep its reference for follow-up. Submissions enter an admin review queue.
4. We check the evidence before changing, consolidating or removing an entry. We may need additional information. Submitting a report does not automatically alter a public listing.

Local information and editorial material

Time-sensitive information should identify its source, location and applicable date. If current information is unavailable, the page should say so and point to the appropriate authority where possible. A reference table or external link is not a live feed.

Editorial material should identify who prepared or reviewed it, use reliable sources, and add useful local context. We do not present placeholder articles, invented visits or unperformed checks as original reporting.

Paid placements

Paid promotions should be identified as such. Payment for visibility does not change a customer rating or establish an editorial endorsement. Third-party advertising is described in our privacy policy.
